Clients are responsible for a 30% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. I understand that sometimes incidents and emergencies come up and I will do everything to accommodate these changes and cancellations as required. Please give me a call at (503) 970-3417 at your earliest convenience to modify or cancel your appointment. In addition, if you are 15 minutes late or more, I cannot guarantee that the service will be able to be completed within the given time. In such an event that the service has to be forgone, it will be treated as a no show and will incur a 30% fee.
